ONLY 11 DAYS LEFT TO COMPLETE!!!!
Your voice matters! The New York City Department of Education encourages parents, teachers, and students in grades 6-12 to complete the NYC School Survey by Friday, April 1.
Every year, all parents & teachers complete the DOE NYC School Survey. This is the second year that pre-K parents will participate in the survey. Through the NYC School Survey, parents give school leaders valuable feedback about instruction, safety, family engagement, and other important issues at their child’s school.
How to take the survey
- Parents can complete the survey on paper or online via computer or mobile device in any of the nine official DOE languages. To take the survey online, use the eight-digit survey code found in the bottom right-hand corner of the paper survey provided to you by your child’s school. Go to the NYC School Survey website (www.nycschoolsurvey.org), click on “Take Survey” in the parent survey section, enter your eight-digit survey code, and complete the survey.
- If you have lost your survey code, call the Survey Hotline at 1-800-690-8603 for support.
- For additional information, please visit the NYC School Survey website (www.nycschoolsurvey.org) or contact your school principal or site director.
