The Lower Lab School Annual Fall Fair is coming!

Here is the 77 Top 7 List of ways you can prepare…
#7- Buy your tickets now! Discount advance ticket fliers went home this week. Fall Fair is a pay-by-tickets event, you cannot pay cash for food, snacks, or activities. Tickets will be $1 each at the door, in advance they are discounted as much as 30%! (Cash/checks/credit are accepted to purchase more tickets, raffles, and Lab Gear.) Click here for the flyer.
#6- Raffle Grand Prize – Win an iPad Mini 2…We can’t promise you will win, but you can try as many times as you like. Raffle tickets are $10 each with an advance discount of 4 for $25! (They will be $10 each on day of.) Click here for the flyer.
#5- Bake or donate some treats. Home made goodies are a highlight of our snack sale, but water, juice, chips…any snack (nut/gluten free are awesome!) is a welcome addition to feed the masses! Due to storage, snacks and baked goods are best dropped off the day of the Fall Fair, but not earlier than Friday 9/23 in the main office. If you have questions contact Mirna Escobar. Click here for the flyer.
#4- Sponsor-a-Booth! A donation as small as $25 can help us offset the cost of the event, Donations over $100 will earn you 25 tickets (and a tax deduction too!). Use the ticket form to sponsor a booth.
#3- Get ready to show your Lower Lab school spirit! Lab Gear will be available for sale at the Fall Fair. Cash, checks, and credit cards will be accepted for Lab Gear sales.
#2- Support your grade! Every grade is responsible for 2 activities. Fall Fair representatives are hard at work collecting donations for booth supplies, and looking for volunteers. Helping at a grade booth is a terrific way to meet other Lab Families, and teach kids about giving back and helping within your community!
And the #1 way to prepare for the Fall Fair is…
Get ready to HAVE FUN! We have a great day planned…fresh grilled barbecue, mini-golf, face painting, prizes, baked treats, and more…
…of course, please remember volunteers are needed in areas besides grade booths. This is truly a community-wide endeavor and we need people to help sell tickets, staff the snack and cafe areas, show off their grilling skills, and help out with the before and after. Anyone can help out- recruit friends, grandparents, aunts, uncles… Click HERE to sign up.
We also need a few large coolers for food storage. We promise to return them washed and clean. If you can lend a cooler or have any questions, contact Shweta Kulkarni at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Fun carnival games, concessions, prizes, and barbecue!
Watch your child’s backpack for more details!
