The 2016-2017 Student Council is excited to lead our annual service project- The Ronald McDonald House Pantry Drive. 

The Ronald McDonald House of New York is a home away from home for families from across the country and around the world while their children are being treated at New York City Hospitals.  Although families pay a nominal fee to stay there, they are still faced with costs for the purchase of food, paper goods, and other products while they are there.  Some of the children’s illnesses require them to remain for months at a time.

The drive will take place from Monday March 13 through Friday March 24th.  We will be collecting items to stock the pantry (paper goods and other necessities) for the families living there.  Each grade is assigned a few items (see list below).  Please do not bring in food items to donate.  Our goal is for each student and staff member to bring in one item to contribute; the more items the better though!  We are excited to help such a worthy cause and we are thankful to all who participate.

All items will be collected in large bags in each classroom (provided by The Ronald McDonald House).  Other storage containers/spots will be specified as bags fill upJ
