Citymeals-on-Wheels raises private funds to ensure no homebound elderly New Yorker will ever go a day without food or human company. Citymeals-on-Wheels delivers thousands of handmade cards to homebound elderly New Yorkers, along with their nutritious meals.  Last year, Citymeals received over 60,000+ beautifully handmade cards, designed by children & adults.
This is a two-part community service activity for Lab students.
Part 1:
All Lower Lab Students are invited to create birthday cards for homebound seniors using the attached template. Please make sure to follow the guidelines in the attachment.

Cards are Due on Monday November 6th 
Part 2:
On Tuesday, November 7th (Election Day- no school) 10 Lab students (open to all grades) will have the opportunity to deliver meals to homebound seniors on the the UES.

Address:       Stanley Isaacs Senior Center (415 East 93rd Street, bet. 1st and York Avenue)
Time:            10:30am-1:00pm  ((Meal Delivery))
We will meet at the location at 10:30am . Each child must be accompanied by parent or caregiver and will need parents or caregivers to accompany each children.
