Setting your digital watch pedometer:

  1. Press the “Mode” Button until you see the time (note this watch uses 24 hour time)
  2. Hold the “Set” button for 2 seconds and the hours digits will start flashing. Click the “Mode” button  to move forward one hour or hold it to move forward multiple hours.
  3. Press the “Set” button and the minutes will start flashing. Use the “Mode” button to advance the minutes.
  4. Press the “Set” button again to finish
  5. Press the “Mode” button again to see the date
  6. Hold the “Set” button for 2 seconds and the months digits will start flashing. Click the “Mode” button  to move forward one monoth or hold it to move forward multiple months.
  7. Press the “Set” button and the date will start flashing. Use the “Mode” button to advance the days.
  8. Press the “Set” button again and the year will appear as flashing. Use the “Mode” button to advance the years.

    Note: the watch uses the metric system. The minimum step size is 30cm (about 12”). The minimum weight for accurate calorie count is 30KG (about 66lbs). If your child weighs less, using 30kg will not affect any measurements other than calorie count
  10. To reset the step, distance and calorie counts, from the Step Count screen, just click the “Set button.”
